1SessionTool is self-host first. Sessions live on a muxd host you run. There is no required cloud account.
Where a session lives
A session is a process on a muxd host you run: your laptop, a homelab, or a VPS you already pay for. Clients are views. Closing a client does not send the session to StoicSoft, because StoicSoft never had it.
There is no StoicSoft cloud agent. There is no on-phone agent. There is no required account.
What this website collects
If analytics are enabled on this site they collect aggregate page-view data only. Nothing from muxd, a pane, or the desktop client is visible to this website.
Auth and the phone
Local muxd binds to the user. Remote hosts use mutual auth. A share is a capability. The phone uses the same auth as the web client. A lost phone means revoke that token.
Telemetry
The product contract says no required telemetry. This site will not claim a telemetry pipeline that the PRD forbids.
